a great and relaxing weekend! The weather was beautiful, nice steady breeze, and the water temperature was perfect. On Sat. morning the smoke from the forest fires covered the beach like fog, but by lunch it had cleared away. That night we added a bit more smoke to the air when we sat around our bonfire, relishing the last few hours of adult only time. Only 52 more weeks to go!!

So glad y'all had a GREAT weekend! I'm jelous...LOL, I can hardly wait to get to the OBX ths year! You may have some more cake orders coming your way, so many people were WAY IMPRESSED with Tucker's train cake and wanted to know who did the cake so look out, you may have more business coming your way! Hey, hey.. Everybody lay off my once drunken husband! Something he swears will NEVER occur again! At least not when Shelley a.k.a Carol Hedgespeth is with us!! By the way, I am disappointed too about the lack of pics.. Guess they weren't as forthcoming with their embarrasing moments as we were!!
